I am reading alex's post about how he set up his drupal for the conference. I am going to a conference this week and will be spending any free time at the hotel at night working on Drupal. I wish i had my skill set up to date so i could set up a drupal to do my presentation there! As it is, I am trying out the new iWork app for mac called Keynote.

Having spoken to Bill Fitzgerald in length about "what if we were using the Drupal as a personal learning space" instead of elgg (just interested in comparing funtionality)....and "what if we used drupal to upload and grade my comptech8 papers on line and how good are the grading modules", I am getting crazy about wanting to get the newmediaguides drupal and the musicbridges drupal running well. As always, i encountered a block right off the bat as started on the new media guides again. Stopped dead in my tracks. I uploaded a flicr module to the server but can not figure out how to make it visible on the modules option in admin...

I am still wearing training wheels.. i can get on the bike but cant peddle far without trying to topple over. Maybe by next week at this time i will be ready to be on one of the special task teams... :) I am glad to have some recordings to learn. Anyone remember what software program puts audio into text? I may gather audio of note from the shows and change it into text and edit it for use in the book of drupal.
